1. Preikestolen cliff, Norway
This Square rock looks like a pastor’s lecture hall dais. Preikestolen has the surface area 24.99m × 24.99m, fairly flat, and 604m higher than sea level. To come here, visitors take more than 2 hours to walk, but this magnificent rock can be enjoyed by boat on the sea. The original name of this rock is “Hyvlatonna”, meaning that the blade of wood shavings.
2. Sapphire Cave, Greece
The name comes from the amazing blue of waters in this place due to the refraction of light. The best time of day to see the cave is about noon, when the sea is quiet and we can see the ripples sand blended with sea water. The sapphire cave was formed by the special geological structure created a series of caves along the Northwest coast of the island. Agios Nikolaos begins and ends near Cape Skinari. Plitvice National Park is located on the plateau of the same name in Croatia, near the border with Bosnia and Herzegovina – a place famous for its unique natural landscape. Park Plitvice became national heritage of Croatia in 1949 and was also recognized as a World Heritage site about 30 years later.
